Universal Pictures Intro Amendments & Variations (1912 - 2018)

Universal Pictures was founded on April 30, 1912. Since that time, Universal Pictures have changed their logos multiple times. With changed logos, Universal also changed intro style in movies.  The recent change in intro was done in 2012 on Universal Pictures' 100th Anniversary. Universal Pictures also made many variants of their intros. Here is a compilation of every amendment and variation in Universal Pictures' Intro in movies since 1912. Nokia Tune Evolution (1994-2018)

Since the early 90's, we have been hearing the famous Nokia Tune. But ever wondered how it has evolved over time?
Here is the list of major variations of Nokia Tune over the time. You can also listen them here in this link.
  1. The original tune from 1994 was in mono form, where one note is played at a time. With the release of Nokia 6110 the tone was called "Grande valse". This Nokia tune is in the .NRT file format.
  2. In 2002 the Nokia 3510i introduced polyphonic sound, mostly MIDI-based. This Nokia tune has also been used in much later Nokia models (even after the newer ones were introduced), the final Nokia phone using this Nokia tune was the Nokia 7070 Prism from 2008.
  3. The Nokia 9500 Communicator in 2004 introduced a realtone recorded piano version.
  4. In 2008 a new extended guitar-based version was made introduced with the Nokia N78, the shortened version (for Series 30 phones only) was introduced in 2009 with the release of the Nokia 5030 XpressRadio.
  5. The Nokia N9 in 2011 introduced a new tune based on bells and chimes, and was present on early Lumia devices, the shortened version was introduced in 2013 on basic Nokia phones.
  6. A similar, but higher-pitched version of the tune was available in 2013 on Lumias running Windows Phone 8, and is used since 2017 by HMD Global's Nokia phones running Android.
  7. With the release of Nokia 108 in 2015 the polyphonic MIDI version was introduced.
  8. There are more versions of the Nokia tune than just these—however, those would be minor and simply be a variant of one of these major five. One exception is an official dubstep version that was made in 2011 as part of Nokia's crowdsourcing campaign the Nokia Tune Remake competition; this is available alongside the traditional Nokia tune. In 2017, within the launch of the Nokia 6, the tune is now different, same as the 2011 Dubstep version but in a high-pitch version. The tone of the brand new Nokia 3310, Nokia 3 and Nokia 5 is the same as 2011 high-pitched version.
