Family guy intro Variations and Amendments | The Film Fiend

Family guy has now reached 16th season and over all those years, they have made little changes in the intro. Also they have done intro variations in few episodes that you can watch in this video.

Intro Amendments:

Seasons 1-2: Family vocals are easily heard during the dancing segment. Stewie sings the original "laugh n cry" which many interpreted to actually say "effin' cry".

Season 3: "Laugh n cry" rerecorded to further emphasize what Stewie's actually saying. Chris is muted during the final part, but Brian isn't yet. Additionally, the pictures behind the family during the piano part are now actual drawings instead of paint blobs.

Seasons 4-8: Family vocals are noticably muted during the dancing segment so it sounds more professional, as well as Brian during the final part. The original "laugh n cry" recording is reinstated.

Seasons 9-current: Mila Kunis, for the first time, recorded her own singing lines for "On which we used to rely?", as it was Lacey Chabert and it had been that until this. The animation is also, obviously, different. Taken from "New Kidney in Town". Side characters dancing on the stairs are now from the show!
Cleveland's wife "Donna" APPEARS ON STAIRS in SEASON 15, EPISODE 18 and onwards.
